I had a recall for door handles and for the software update. Door handles back ordered and the update caused more issues when I picked up my vehicle. After update was installed I left with the following issues…. Parking brake alarm constantly beeps at me saying don’t drive Rear view assist in now unusable I have two random yellow triangles on my screen When I’m at a full stop now the car doesn’t stop. It used to lock so I didn’t have to hold my foot on brake pedal. I was told I had to pay for diagnostic to find out what’s wrong. Also schedule an appointment. Two weeks was earliest I could get. So now I’m driving a car with multiple issues and an alarm telling me not to drive because of the update that was done to my car. Oh and I will have to pay to fix the issue that was caused by VW. If I could do zero stars I would.

Our salesman was helpful during the purchase process of the Tiguan. He said to call any time if we had questions. After the sale I had to call 4 times to reach him with issues. He did not return my calls. When I finally did talk to him he helped with one issue & said he’d call me back on another. He has not called back. I am very disappointed in the after sale service. I would not recommend Prestige to my family or friends.
