    My Windsheild Wipers did not work on the car. They have broke twice. Had a recall and they told me it was done. Next time in to get service I was told recall not done. Computer not update. Service people do not know app. I have been back to service 5;times. That is too often for a new car. Car is only 6 months old. I asked them to insure fill windshield fluid I got an oil change. They did not do it. I thought that was standard procedure when doing oil changes. At last visit had to speak manager because service people were a bit abrupt and not sympathetic to me having to travel 30 min to get to dealership. I have made that drive too many times for a new car.

    staff was informed of an issue when i went to get an oil change, i was told you do a 6 point inspection. when i picked the car up i was told there were no issues! 2.5 weeks later i had minimal oil in my car and had to put more in. 3 weeks after that the engine light comes on and you tell me it’s going to cost close to 7 grand to fix!

    Our first stop when exploring the possibility of buying a new car was Prestige VW. The salesman took us outside and showed us the Taos and the Tiguan. Definitely preferred the Tiguan and he pointed out the features while placing no heavy sales pressure on us. He encouraged us to take it for a test ride and pointed out all the advanced features that this car had. We also discussed a trade-in, and he immediately had an appraisal completed. We negotiated the offer which he presented to the appraiser, and it was agreed upon. Also, we verified that the 0% financing was available on the Tiguan and this was an incentive in making our decision. So what was just an information gathering visit turned into our purchasing a vehicle.

    I have used Prestige Turnersville for years; bought my Tiguan there and with few exceptions had all services and repairs done there. I was usually pleased with their work. Apparently there was a new person this time "Jeffrey" (at least I did not work with him before) and when I asked about discrepancies on my bill he was going from patronizing to condescending and ultimately lying to me. I am not sure if I can or should go about the details of my conversations with him. I believe I got overcharged and services that I did not agree upon were carried out anyway. When attempting to discuss the matter with Jeffrey I received said treatment. As it stands right now I will use another shop for future repairs and/or service.
