The service I get from the VW dealership as far as my car goes is always great. I can bank on the work being done the right way. I brought motor oil for them to use because I bought extra. I informed the service person that checked me in and he said to leave it on the front seat. When we were finished, it was still on the seat. No big deal, he gave me a card for 20% off my next visit. I also had to ask for a free car wash ticket for the car wash down the road. A car wash has come complimentary at every other VW dealership I have ever gone to. A customer should not have to ask for it. Most customers might not even know it's available. I think it should be something that is given complimentary when you get your receipt. Not something you have to ask for.
