Car was towed because of the engine warning icon coming on. They called to tell me the car was ready and that it only needed a battery. Engine warning light still on! They had no idea how to correct problem. REALLY? I was charged $195.95 for labor. What did they do that warranted such an exorbitant charge? Supposedly did a 27 point check which according to receipt shows N/C. So WTH?????
