Service was done as explained. It did take 4 weeks to repair but I was given a courtesy car. I was disappointed that it was not at least washed n vacuumed after the service. All in all a fair experience

Ease of scheduling, professional staff in the service department and a courtesy shuttle for a ride home. Car was ready by 10:30am the next morning

Olin was nice and super friendly unlike the other rep I met twice. Showed no personality and was arrogant. It was refreshing to see a friendly nice representative.

Total Incompetence (with an attitude)! Prestige VW’s service department is an absolute joke! Half-done repairs and repeat visits for the same issues are what you should expect when dealing with these clowns. To add insult to injury, dealing with their “service advisor” Jeff is truly like interacting with a brick wall. This guy can be very nonchalant and has extremely poor interpersonal skills. He also doesn’t seem to be all that knowledgeable about VW products. Consider yourself warned. Find another place to get your VW serviced!
