If I could give a negative rating I would. My experience with the Atlas I purchased was bad enough but last week my daughter brought in the Jetta that I leased for her for a routine maintenance and left with the oil cap unsecured. Within a mile of the dealership she was enveloped in white smoke and two engine warning lights were on. She sat in a parking lot for over an hour as I tried in vain to get someone from the service team on the phone. I literally asked the poor woman who was answering the phone that day if you were running a car dealership or a circus. I will never purchase another VW - that was the third vehicle from Prestige in my family - but more importantly will never buy from Prestige again. Oh, my daughter was given two free car washes for her trouble. Wow.
